Cognizant needs a motivated individual to challenge the status quo and provide thought leadership/best practices to enhance our current services and technologies.Job Title: Senior Process Executive (QC Mandarin / Cantonese)Location: KL, MalaysiaDuration : Fixed Term ContractResponsibilitiesJob Expectations:Basic understanding end user operational and technological knowhow of online maps and their uses for navigation,information and other nuancesVery good research skills in the areas of Analysis of information from different sources/Finding information off theinternet.Editor will be working on multiple short to long term pilots within online maps space and should be able to adapt tonew projects, workspaces and technical specificationsStrong analytic and problem-solving skills & attention to details to ensure accuracy is a mustPassion for quality and able to work independently with minimum supervisionStrict adherence to deadlines with understanding work productivity and efficiency without compromising onthe Quality of the outputWilling to work in a constant changing environmentSkills Required:`Graduate/Post Graduate in any disciplineWorking experience with maps applications is a plusAdvanced research skills and able to use multiple sources to gather informationExperience in quality verification and attention to detailed taskAbility to identify errors/defects and qualitatively analyze and validate all attributes of POIs and ensure thatthey are edited and updated as per defined and approved specifications and policies.Ensure accuracy of all curated info pertaining to the POIs by referencing various data sources like websites,imagery etcExcellent written and verbal communication skillsBasic ability to digitize (create/edit) and also evaluate Linear and Polygonal geometry (POIs, AOIs etc) byreferencing the provided real world imagery sourcesExcellent analytical and logical reasoning abilitiesKnowledge of working on MS Excel / Spreadsheets in areas like vlookup, pivot table, charts would be a plusRoles And ResponsibilitiesLanguage expert and have advance knowledge on local nuisances and country specific policies.Able to perform advance research to crunch and verify data accurate data.Use of map software and able to navigate with technical know howsIdentify corrective and bad data on the overall region places of interest.Handle adhoc mapping projectsBeing customer centric and delivering high quality output on each requestAble to perform task is high pace with accurate results.Able to differentiate and identify possible policy breaches and take necessary actions.About CognizantCognizant (Nasdaq: CTSH) engineers modern businesses.
