The P&C Coordinator plays a key role in supporting and coordinating various HR activities at NIDA, from onboarding and staff development to performance management and inductions. They ensure accurate record-keeping, prepare reports, and update policies and procedures. The role involves fostering strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support a positive workplace culture, organising staff benefits like yoga and social events, and supporting professional development initiatives. They also ensure compliance with WHS requirements and provide top-notch customer service while maintaining confidentiality and discretion.About YouYou should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and deadlines, and be detail-oriented, with the ability to organise workflows efficiently. Experience with HR systems, like Qualtrics, SharePoint, or Kronos, as well as data management and electronic records systems, is a bonus but not mandatory. We value strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat Pro. Tertiary qualifications in HR or a related fieldor relevant work experiencewill be beneficial, but were open to diverse backgrounds and experiences.If youre a problem-solver with a proactive attitude and a desire to make a real impact, wed love to hear from you!
