Service Integrated Communities | WarrigalThe opportunity | Valued for the impact you makeWith your passion to deliver high-quality, safe, and effective hotel services that support the well-being and comfort of our residents, you will be responsible for the alignment and implementation of our hotel services across Warrigals portfolio.Traveling regularly between our services, you will work closely with the General Manager of Hotel Operations to identify opportunities in key operational areas such as food services, housekeeping, and laundry. With a collaborative approach, you will connect within all disciplines of the organization to improve operational efficiency and resident satisfaction.The requirements | What it takes to do this workYour qualifications: Completed a Cert IV in Hospitality Management, Commercial Cookery, or a related field, with at least 2 years experience in hospitality or aged care services.Lead with Heart and Skill: A genuine empathy for older people and a strong commitment to customer service, quality, and continuous improvement.Understand Service Delivery: Practical experience delivering food, cleaning, and/or laundry services, with a strong understanding of what quality looks like in both hospitality and aged care settings.Industry Knowledge: Demonstrated knowledge of relevant legislation and standards, including experience in menu costing.Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and work well in a team.The Role | What Youll BringChampion Consistency: Ensure our teams deliver consistently high standards in food, cleaning, laundry, and customer service across all sites.Drive Operational Excellence: Conduct regular site visits and audits to maintain quality, safety, and compliance, while identifying opportunities for improvement.Collaborate for Impact: Work closely with chefs, procurement, and home managers to optimize resources, reduce waste, and deliver sustainable, cost-effective services.Enhance Resident Experience: Lead initiatives that improve dining experiences, capture dietary needs, and respond to resident feedback to shape better services.Standardize Systems: Implement and monitor SOPs, food safety programs, and menu offerings to ensure consistency and compliance across all homes.Lead with Insight: Use data and feedback to inform strategic decisions, support risk mitigation, and continuously improve hospitality services.The benefits | Recognizing the difference you make$80,000+ per annum + Super + NFP salary packaging: Reduce your tax by up to $18,550 annually and increase your take-home pay.Support: Salary packaging and additional leave to help you thrive.Growth: Leadership development, mentoring, and continuous learning.Impact: Lead a purpose-driven team making a real difference.Recognition: We celebrate your milestones and everyday wins.What our people love about working hereLeaders who value you: Its important you feel valued.
