Our team of dedicated staff work across a range of disciplines including sales, design, installation, project management, and service and maintenance.Job DescriptionAs a Site Manager, youll be responsible for managing the on-site activities within open-field Irrigation and Protected Cropping projects including:Working very closely with the Project ManagerPre-project site inspection and information gatheringEngagement with design team regarding site specific requirementsDesign and material verificationAssist in pre-qualification and pre-installation meetingsManaging the needs of installation teams both staff and sub-contractorsEnsuring documentation is complete, timely and accurateManaging Work, Health and Safety on and around Project sitesMaking sure that projects are completed at quality, on-time and within budget.To be successful in this role, youll need to demonstrate the following:Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)Understanding Site management principles and some experience in managing projects on the ground.Problem-solving skills and the willingness to approach these as challenges,A solid commitment to outstanding customer service,The ability to lead and work well in a team as well as positive self-management skills to operate alone,Reliability, positivity and be able and happy to travel.We offer:Flexible base location for the right candidateCompetitive remuneration packageDynamic and supportive team environmentEngagement within a thriving regional business capable of doing major turnkey projectsOpportunity for continuous learning and developmentIf you possess these qualities and are ready to step up to your next challenge, wed love to chat. #J-18808-Ljbffr
