Their culture values accountability, innovation, and team performance.THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANTTo be considered for this role, youll need the following qualifications and experience:A degree in Business or a related field35+ years in a senior operational or leadership roleProven track record in commercial growth, client engagement, and team leadershipStrong knowledge of ship agency operations and maritime networks in AustraliaExperience driving business development and strategic partnershipsSystems-focused mindset with the ability to streamline and scale operationsExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skillsMust be based in Australia or have professional, in-country experienceJOB DESCRIPTIONKey responsibilities include:Lead day-to-day operations across multiple ports with a focus on performance and capabilityDrive new business development and expand market share within the maritime industryBuild and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationshipsImprove operational efficiency through smart, systems-based approachesMentor and manage a national team of 20, including Branch Managers in each portChampion a high-performance culture with a focus on values and safetyContribute to strategic planning and long-term growth initiativesAPPLICATION PROCESSOnly candidates with relevant maritime, sales, and leadership experience will be contacted for an initial interview with one of our consultants.
