We want to engage and empower our diverse, global team to co-create value with our customers through our solutions in contract logistics and air, ocean, ground, and finished vehicle transport.YOUR ROLEWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager Project Logistics to lead CEVAs Project Logistics division in the Pacific.Reporting to the Managing Director, Pacific, you will be responsible for full strategic, operational, and financial oversight of the business. This role will suit a commercially savvy leader with deep expertise in heavy-lift, out-of-gauge and complex cargo solutions.WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?Specifically, You WillDeliver business performance and profitability through full P&L ownershipLead the operations team to deliver world-class project logistics servicesOversee commercial activities, including business development and pricingEnsure subcontractor compliance with CEVA QHSE standardsMaintain adherence to relevant legal, regulatory and safety requirementsRepresent CEVA as part of the Pacific Executive Leadership TeamDrive continuous improvement and meet all key performance indicators.WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?Our ideal candidate has significant experience in project logistics and heavy-lift operations.
