We deliver a broad range of services focused on the wellbeing and independence of individuals, families and communities across Queensland, Victoria and New South Wales.About The RoleWere currently on the lookout for a Field Officer to join our passionate and community-minded Apprenticeship and Traineeship team.In this role, youll support and guide apprentices and trainees through every stage of their journeyfrom their first day on the job to successful completion of their training. Youll also partner closely with host employers to ensure each placement adds real value and leads to long-term success for everyone involved.Youll be on the road regularly, meeting face-to-face with host businesses, apprentices and traineesso if youre someone who thrives on connection, loves variety, and enjoys helping others succeed, wed love to hear from you.Other Duties Will IncludeBuilding and managing a caseload of apprentices and traineesSupporting host employers with recruitment, onboarding and performance managementProviding high-quality mentoring and support to apprentices and trainees - especially during probation periodsConducting workplace visits, WHS inductions and safety checksLiaising with RTOs and monitoring training plans to ensure progress and complianceIdentifying new host employers and opportunities for placementsDeveloping our presence and brand in the community by selling our GTO servicesManaging documentation including contracts, agreements, and employment recordsAbout YouWere looking for someone who is:A confident communicator, equally comfortable speaking with apprentices and CEOsHighly organised, with great time management and attention to detailSkilled at building strong, positive relationships with stakeholdersAble to adapt and think on their feet in a fast-paced, people-focused environmentSelf-motivated, proactive, and committed to making a differenceBonus points if you have experience in Group Training, employment services, labour hire, trades, sales, or recruitmentbut its not essential.What Youll BringA business mindset and customer-focused approachThe ability to balance compliance with care and compassionStrong administrative and IT skills (well show you our systems)A genuine passion for helping others succeedA collaborative spirit and a great sense of humourAdditional RequirementsA current and valid Drivers LicenceThe right to work in Australia (citizen, PR or unrestricted visa)A current Working with Children Check / Blue Card (or willingness to obtain)Willingness to undergo a Police Check (Fit2Work)Benefits And PerksSalary Package up to $15,900 of your annual salary tax free, and additional $2,650 for meal and entertainment expensesFully maintained vehicleDiscounts on Corporate Private Health Insurance, selected Kia vehicles and white goods at Harvey NormanDiscounted family gym memberships through Fitness PassportSupportive induction and learning opportunities6 weeks paid parental leave for primary carerFree coaching and counselling through our Employee Assistance ProgramReward and Recognition ProgramIntrigued?
