Infinity from Marvin is looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to be the friendly, professional voice that guides our customers through their window and door replacement journey.Highlights of your roleResponsibilitiesAs a CSR, youll be the key point of contact for our customers, ensuring every step of their projectfrom consultation to installationis smooth and well-coordinated. Your responsibilities will include:Scheduling and confirming appointments (sales, technical measurements, installations, walkthroughs)Communicating with customers via phone, email, text, and webchatGreeting and assisting showroom visitors, maintaining a clean and welcoming spaceSupporting project managers and field staff with scheduling and customer updatesManaging job permits, invoices, and documentation using QuickBooks and CRM toolsCompensation$20 - $23 per hour, pay based on experienceYou''re a good fit if you have (or if you can)High school diploma or equivalentStrong organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Office and QuickBooksA positive, energetic attitude and a passion for customer serviceAlso want to make sure you haveComfortable using phones and technologyAbility to multi-task effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environmentWe invite you to See Yourself at MarvinFrom people to products, Marvin is committed to creating better ways of living.
