Under the guidance of the Education and Care Leader or Kindergarten Teacher contribute to the planning, implementing and evaluating childrens learning. Provide leadership and guidance to Early Years Educators. This role supports with planning, breaks, and leave cover.In this role you willSupervise Children: Ensure the safety of every child by supervising their activities at all timesBuild relationships: Develop and maintain strong collaborative relationships with children, families and other team membersWork Together: Collaborate with leaders, coworkers, families, children, and the communityAdhere to the requirements of the National Quality Standards and framework, Regulations and EYLFProgram Implementation: Assist in the implementation of high-quality childrens programs that respond to individual strengths and interests of children, families, and staff.Your Skills And ExperienceAs a passionate, caring and nurturing individual, you will have a strong passion for Early Childhood education along with the following;Minimum Qualification: Diploma of early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent)Clearances: Current Employee Working with Children checkFirst Aid Certification: Level 2 First Aid, including Asthma & Anaphylaxis management and CPRCurriculum Knowledge: Solid understanding of the expectations of the Victorian and National Curriculum Frameworks, National Quality Standards and the current Regulations.The right candidate will be able to demonstrate the City of Kingstons values of:We make a difference We show care and respect We take pride in our work We are better togetherDont meet every single requirement for this role?
