We invent, engineer and deliver technology solutions that drive business value, create social value and improve the lives of our customers.Are you looking for long term career opportunities with a growing organisation?Well stop looking and keep reading!!Job Description:We have a Field tech role based in Adelaide Metro and surrounding, to be successful the candidate would be required to pass a national Police check and scope of rostered out of hours support (on call).Responsibilities:Do you believe that you can?:Provide high-quality desktop support to all types of users including at an executive levelInitial set up and support of laptops, desktops, mobiles, and peripheralsSupport users face to face, Via telephone, and/or remote support toolsComplete routine maintenance of standard hardware such as laptops/mobile devicesAccurately manage and track business assets, requests, and incidentsPrioritise new support requests and existing work ordersRecord and maintain accurate service details, time records and job notesMaintain awareness and active involvement in safety to prevent injuries to yourself, colleagues, and customersWork within the time limits as assigned for specific tasksKnowledge And Skills:All you need is to have proven experience in:Basic hardware and operating system familiarityStrong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to multitaskGreat interpersonal skillsExcellent verbal and written skillsExcellent customer service skillsAbility to function in a fast-paced deadline-oriented environmentProfessional demeanourExcellent time management skillsStrong Customer relationship building skillsGood teamwork with peers and company personnelHave a currant Australian drivers LicenceAnd be able to pass the Companys background check requirements.
