Explore who we areAbout the role:Were looking for a strategic, relationship-driven Digital Lead to oversee impactful web and digital platform projects from idea to launch.You will be:Lead the delivery of websites and digital platforms that empower our clients.Scope, budget, and manage projects from start to finish.Collaborate with internal teams and clients to deliver on mission-driven goals.Identify and convert digital opportunities into wins.Share our work at events and support our presence in the sector.Mentor team members and promote best practices in accessibility and UX.Your key responsibilities include but not limited to:Lead the delivery of websites and digital platforms that empower our clients.Scope, budget, and manage projects from start to finish.Collaborate with internal teams and clients to deliver on mission-driven goals.Identify and convert digital opportunities into wins.Share our work at events and support our presence in the sector.Mentor team members and promote best practices in accessibility and UX.You must have:7+ years delivering digital projects (agency experience preferred).Strong technical understanding (CMS, UX, APIs).Skilled at client relationships, budgets, and team leadership.Passion for social impact and digital innovation.Australian working rights.Bonus if you have: experience with NFPs, WordPress/PHP knowledge, or digital product development.How to apply:Email careers@marlincommunications.com with the subject line: Digital LeadApplication and include:Your CV with 3 referencesA cover letterA 400500 word response: Why is changing the world your calling?Only complete applications will be considered.
