Forecasted turnover for the 25/26 financial year is expected to surpass $250M. The Position Join a thriving office environment working alongside an experienced Project Manager on education or hospitality projects valued from $20M to $40M. Manage the full 360 contracts administration process and contribute to the training and development of cadets. As a senior resource, provide guidance to junior staff and oversee head contract management. Act as the commercial lead for assigned projects. Salary range: $150K $170K. Candidate Requirements Construction Management or relevant construction-related degree. Minimum of 5 years postgraduate experience as a Contracts Administrator. Experience in commercial construction within the Australian market. Strong relationships with subcontractors, consultants, and clients. Joppac experience is preferred.
