Technology plays a crucial role in enabling that mission and were on the lookout for someone to lead it from the front.Position SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and visionary Director, ICT to lead our technology strategy, operations, and digital transformation. This is a senior leadership position that reports directly to the COO and works closely with our Executive and Board.Youll be responsible for driving our end-to-end ICT roadmap, including cybersecurity, systems improvement, governance, cloud architecture, and project delivery while building internal capability and strengthening vendor relationships.This is a high-impact role with the scope to shape how technology supports community outcomes, operational effectiveness, and cultural integrity. If you''re strategic but hands-on, and you want to lead meaningful tech initiatives in a purpose-driven organisation this might be your next step.Note: If based in Perth, travel to Karratha will be required.Key Accountabilities and ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will:Lead and own the PKKP ICT strategy (1, 3, and 10-year views), aligning it with broader business goalsOversee core ICT platforms including Microsoft 365, SharePoint, cybersecurity and infrastructureDeliver major transformation projects including automation, cloud transitions, and governance upliftImplement cybersecurity frameworks and lead risk assessments and compliance reviewsLead internal capability building and provide mentoring to ICT team membersManage vendors, contracts, and licensing, ensuring delivery value and alignment with strategic needsDevelop and implement ICT governance structures, policies, and budget planningOversee the ongoing optimisation of document management systems and user access controlsProvide regular reports and strategic advice to the Executive Leadership Team and BoardChampion cultural data privacy, business continuity, and long-term systems integrityAbout YouWe are looking for a senior ICT leader who brings a mix of big-picture vision and grounded, operational delivery.
