Based in Darwin, you will play a pivotal role in leading our NT operations, setting up new regional branches and SIL Accommodation homes, engaging and onboarding participants, and working closely with stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes. As a key member of our leadership team, youll guide a passionate care team in delivering high-quality, individualised support. This role will oversee all Northern Territory locations, including Darwin and Alice Springs branches, and will require bi-monthly travel to Alice Springs.Key Duties Include:Lead participant engagement and onboarding as the first point of contactBuild strong, trust-based relationships with participants, families, and key stakeholdersOversee and support care teams to deliver person-centred, high-quality servicesEnsure ongoing compliance with NDIS standards and internal policiesLead, mentor, and develop your team to maintain a high-performance cultureMonitor service delivery, manage incidents, and drive continuous improvementSkills and Experiences:Who we''re looking for:We are seeking an experienced, proven leader with a background in NDIS or relevant industries. You will have:Excellent communication, organisational, and time-management skillsStrong knowledge of the NDIS Practice Standards and compliance expectationsCultural awareness and experience working with CALD communitiesTech savvy, proficient in MS Office and confident working with various applicationsFamiliarity with EEO, WHS, and risk management frameworksA commitment to professional growth, both personally and for your teamRelevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in disability or community services (highly regarded)Current drivers licence, Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check (essential)If you''re a values-driven leader with a passion for empowering others, wed love to hear from you.
