Learn more at The Opportunity This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic leader to oversee and implement the launch plan for Spravato in Australia. The role involves developing and executing comprehensive marketing and brand strategies. The successful candidate will collaborate cross-functionally to execute the plan effectively, while also leading, managing, and contributing to local commercial processes as necessary. Responsibilities Lead the development of the brand strategy and tactical plan (including Vx). Execute and monitor the therapy area strategy and tactical plans. Manage portfolio tactical plans to ensure brand competitiveness against defined metrics, including omnichannel tactics. Support or lead (as applicable) initiatives such as Commercial Speaker tours, Launch preparedness, JAMx, etc. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to achieve business outcomes. Participate in local commercial processes like monthly IBP, performance reviews, expenses tracking, XFT meetings, regional/global meetings, etc. Work closely with sales teams to support in-field execution excellence. Ensure compliance with all policies, regulations, and processes. (Optional) Analyze KPIs and financial reports to optimize profits and suggest improvements.
