Put simply, we manage the technology lifecycle with minimal disruption, risk and waste, and maximum efficiencies.About the Role:The main purpose of the ''Head of Operations ANZ role is to oversee and manage the operations for both Australia and New Zealand. This entails oversight of the facilities operations including planning, management, and implements schedules to ensure customer SLAs are met, and maintains high quality standard of product production and delivery. The role involves managing production operations, quality control, sustainability initiatives, and resource allocation to maximise the value recovery from returned or end-of-life products. Ultimately, the goal is to support the company''s sustainability objectives, reduce waste, and generate additional revenue through optimal operating activities.Experience in ITAD (IT Asset Disposition) software or extensive IT hardware experience would be considered an advantage.Please note, this role is to be based in either our Sydney facility (Arndell Park NSW) or Auckland (Silverdale).Main Responsibilities:Coordinates activities that affect operational decisions and business requirements.Responsible oversight for the production, procurement (warehouse supplies), planning of daily operations and inventory management with the Facility Managers.Oversee and participate as needed with planning, schedules, and reviews workload and manpower to make sure targets are being met on a cost-effective basis.Be actively involved in all Quality, Compliance and WH&S programs and activities.Ensure that a high standard of quality is maintained throughout all systems and processes.The Position Requires the Following Attributes:Experience in similar senior operations management role, with experience in both Australian and New Zealand geographies preferred.Proven track experience in overseeing and managing multiple warehouse/facilities essential to this role.Demonstrable proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel in particular).Good communication skills (email, face to face and via telephone).Physically fit and energetic, manual handling required.Clean criminal history record (a police check will be required before commencing).Highly Desirable Qualifications:Relevant tertiary qualification in Management, Warehousing, Manufacturing or IT.Previous similar experience in the ITAD industry.To be considered for this role please apply with your resume and a Cover Letter outlining your experience in relation to the role addressed to the Hiring Manager via Seek.All applications will be treated in the strictest of confidence.Unlock job insightsSalary match Number of applicants Skills matchYour application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?
