Tax and Business Services Senior ManagerOur client is an integrated tax and accounting, financial services and advisory firm addressing a large portfolio of professional clients.From an operating platform of $14m revenue, the Partners have structured for ongoing profitable growth. The opportunity is therefore presented for an Associate Director or Senior Tax Manager to add impetus to the firms growth strategies through refined client engagement and streamlining of operational efficiency.The appointee will lead a team of CA and CPA tax accountants who will benefit from astute leadership and focused professional development in both technical areas and approaches to building deeper client relationships.In addition to providing leadership, the Senior Manager will develop close cooperation and affiliation with the practices financial services and investment divisions to ensure the delivery of aligned advice to clients.It is anticipated this senior level appointee will have requisite qualifications and professional experienceconsistent with:Charteredor CPAaccreditationA minimum twelveyears of experience in Australian taxand advisory practicesSeveral years in the management, leadership and development of tax and accounting teamsA demonstrable record of establishing and nurturing trusting client relationshipsA background in servicing clients ranging from successful private enterprises to astute investorsBusiness, taxation and superannuation knowledge commensurate with seniorityFinancial planning qualifications would be viewed favourably, however not as essentialAn operational approach founded on technical excellence and efficiencyInterested parties with experience at Associate Director, Senior Manager or Manager level in Chartered or CPA practices servicing professional and mid-tier clients are encouraged to apply.
