We serve thousands of CBD workers weekly, and we''re looking for a confident, organised, and hands-on leader to take ownership of the store and develop into a standout Store Manager.This Is For You If YouAre currently an Assistant Manager, Shift Supervisor, or Team Leader in a caf, QSR, or hospitality venueWant to step into full store responsibility and gain real leadership experienceEnjoy leading from the front assigning roles, giving direction, and keeping teams on trackAre calm under pressure and take pride in a shift that runs smoothly, cleanly, and consistentlyWant a stable, Monday to Friday role with great hours and (6am - 3pm) no night or weekend workWhat You''ll DoLead and organise a team of 68 across front-of-house, coffee station, Wellness Bar, cleaning, and restockingSet clear expectations and keep team members accountable during shiftsOversee stock levels, store presentation, and customer service flowManage weekly rosters, stock ordering, and operational checklistsStep into a bigger leadership role with mentoring from senior managementWhat We''re Looking ForPrevious experience as an Assistant Manager, Shift Supervisor or similarDemonstrated ability to lead a team during serviceStrong organisational skills and a calm, hands-on styleA people-first mindset, but with a sharp eye for standards and consistencyPermanent working rights (Australian Citizen or PR this is a long-term role)Why Join Feedwell?Full-time, career-building roleMonday to Friday only no weekends or late nightsDirect mentorship and development from an experienced operations teamBe part of a fast-growing brand with opportunities beyond this storeJoin a positive, respectful team where people are proud of doing things wellIf you''re ready to step up and prove yourself in a full Store Manager role, we''d love to hear from you.
