About The RoleAs an Intrinsic Occupational Therapist, youll:Manage a mixed caseload tailored to your interests (NDIS, DVA, HCP, CHSP, private, and more)Adults and/or PaedsDeliver assessment and therapy services across clinic, home, and community settingsProvide individualised support including functional assessments, therapeutic interventions, equipment prescription, and home modifications (simple to complex)Collaborate daily with our on-site multidisciplinary team (Speech & Physio) to ensure coordinated, wraparound support for clientsStructure your own schedule around client needs and your work-life balance Based in our Toowoomba allied health centre Relocation packages available for those moving from interstate or regional areas What Youll NeedDegree in Occupational Therapy + AHPRA registrationNDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card) + Working with Children Check (Blue Card)Drivers licence and access to a reliable vehicleEvidence of mandatory vaccinationsBonus: Experience in Functional Capacity Assessments or home mods Why Choose Intrinsic?Were a connected, mid-sized team with a big focus on impact.
