About The OpportunityReporting to the Executive Officer, the Executive Assistant provides high-level confidential administrative support to the CEO, managing a range of tasks and serving as a key liaison with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.Tasks And ResponsibilitiesAssist the Executive Officer in delivering exceptional support to the CEO, ensuring efficient and effective executive operations with the ability to manage multiple tasks.Manage the CEOs complex and dynamic calendar, scheduling and negotiating appointments, meetings, and preparing relevant briefing materials and documentation.Coordinate and facilitate executive meetings (internal and external) by preparing agendas, taking confidential minutes, and tracking follow-up actions.Provide administrative support for the CEOs involvement in external NT/National Boards and Committees.Draft and prepare high quality correspondence, briefing packs, reports, and papers as directed by the Executive Officer.Confidential correspondence, including typing, formatting, and editing documents with precision and discretion.Maintain secure, organised, and accessible systems for reports, records, and documentation.Act as the point of contact for the CEO, prioritising and managing access effectivelyEssential CriteriaMinimum 3 years experience providing high-level administrative support to a CEO or senior executiveCertificate IV in Business Administration or similar, relevant qualification or equivalent experience.Demonstrated ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism.Strong communication and liaison skills, with the ability to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.Exceptional interpersonal skills, maintaining professionalism, diplomacy, and tact, with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.Superior organisational skills, with strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to prioritise competing tasks and meet deadlines.Ability to build and maintain productive relationships, working collaboratively in a team and independently with stakeholders at all levels.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Current Ochre Card, Criminal History Check, NT Drivers Licence and NDIS Worker Screening ClearanceHow To ApplyThe position description for the role can be viewed here: express your interest in this exciting opportunity, please submit your resume and a one-page cover letter outlining your skills and experience and why you think you will be a great fit for our team.For further information about the role please contact Kirrily Freson, Director People & Learning kirrily.freson@carpentaria.org.au or phone 0438 718 423 #J-18808-Ljbffr
