Youll support the WA Warehouse Manager, coach your team, and help ensure that every order we send out is accurate, on time, and handled with care.You''ll also be working closely with our other warehouses in Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane; So, communication and collaboration are key!What youll be doing: Leading by example and supporting daily warehouse operations Coordinating dispatch and receiving with accuracy and efficiency Coaching and mentoring team members Liaising with internal teams to ensure smooth order flow Prioritising safety and operational excellence Taking initiative to improve processes and boost team performanceAbout YouWere looking for someone whos proactive, positive, and people-focused someone who can juggle priorities, bring out the best in others, and keep things running like clockwork.Youll thrive in this role if you: Have previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment Hold a current Forklift (LF) Licence Are highly organised with strong time management skills Are confident in using warehouse systems and Microsoft Office Communicate clearly both written and verbal Know how to work independently but love being part of a team Have a strong commitment to WH&S practices Are solutions-focused with a lets make it happen mindsetWhats in It for You?
