With our new strategic plan just being launched, our vision: to create a circular economy for containers, promoting positive social and environmental impact.To find out more please visit our website atwww.warrrl.com.auThe OpportunityWARRRL (WA Return Recycle Renew Ltd) is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead the implementation and management of audit activities, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of warehouse operations under the Container Deposit Scheme (CDS).In this role, you will oversee quality assurance processes at our warehouse facility, ensuring compliance with WARRRLs operational standards and auditing the accuracy of material reporting from our Refund Point network.Reporting to the Lead Auditor - Quality Assurance, some key responsibilities include:Leading and coordinating warehouse audits to inform the assessment of compliance with Refund Point requirements.Managing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse audit team, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.Identifying and recording discrepancies in material classification and reporting.Accompany Assurance and Integrity team members on site visits (both Regional WA and Metropolitan) to assess network operators are compliance with agreements and processes, ensuring alignment with established standards.Make recommendations for improvements and mitigate risks related to quality assurance.Developing and maintaining documentation to support warehouse audit activities.Providing training and support to warehouse audit assistants.Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to drive continuous improvement across the warehouse operations.This is a full-time opportunity, based in Osborne Park.About youYou bring a strong background in warehouse operations, auditing, or logistics, with a proven ability to effectively manage processes. Proactive and hands-on, you combine analytical thinking with a strong focus on accountability and compliance. Your key attributes will include:Demonstrated experience in warehouse operations, audits, or logistics, ideally within a regulated environment.Strong leadership skills, with experience supervising or managing teams.Ability to identify issues and implement practical solutions.Strong written and verbal communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.A high level of language, literacy, numeracy, and digital competency with the ability to review and compile audit data and navigate the organisational databases.A meticulous approach to ensuring accuracy and consistency in operations.Ability to promote, create, and maintain a healthy and safe work environment, including psychosocial safety.Our Culture and BenefitsWARRRL is strongly committed to fostering a workplace culture that is safe and accessible for all.
