We are looking for a dedicated People & Culture Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will be the go-to expert for Line Managers, offering guidance on performance and behaviour management, resolving employee complaints, and managing ill or injured employees. You will also provide crucial insights into interpreting enterprise agreements, employee contracts, and the Fair Work Act.What you will be doing:Provide Expert Advice: Guide Line Managers on handling misconduct, poor performance, and non-work-related illness/injury.Compliance & Relations: Address equal opportunity breaches and workplace/employee relations matters across all brands.Risk Assessment: Analyse workplace relations risks, including sexual harassment, discrimination, bullying, and workplace injuries, and provide strategic advice.Coaching: Mentor Line Managers on effective methods for managing issues or disputes and ensure compliance with company policies, industrial agreements, and legislation.What we are looking forHR/ER Expertise: Broad experience in HR/ER case management and service delivery.Performance Management: Proven track record in managing performance, behaviour, and equal opportunity cases in high-volume environments.Stakeholder Management: Strong ability to influence and negotiate at all levels.Legal Knowledge: Demonstrated understanding and experience interpreting the Fair Work Act.Customer Focus: Strong customer orientation with the ability to clearly outline risks and make informed recommendations.Adaptability: Ability to provide accurate and timely advice in a fast-paced environment to minimise risk.Please note that the state location for this role is flexible.Whats in it for you?Flexible working options: We know that work is only one part of your life, so we actively encourage a positive work-life balance and provide hybrid working options to help you achieve it.Office perks: Take advantage of our gym facility and fitness classes, free parking, BBQ area, mini-Coles supermarket, fooderie hub where you can sample new products before they hit the shelves, school holiday program and so much more when you come in.Discounts: Eligible team members receive 5% discount all year round on your Supermarket and Liquor online and in-store purchases.
