Customer Service Desk Officer - Erina Fair Shopping Centre Lendlease has an exciting opportunity at our Erina Fair shopping centre. We are seeking a Customer Service Desk Officer to join our Centre Management Team on a casual basis. Position Details Start date: ASAP Casual roles: 2 positions available Work hours vary; must be available across weekends Hours per week: 8-20 No work from home option Location: Based entirely in the shopping centre, customer-facing and active role Pay rate: Retail award, current rate $26.65/hour + loading Reporting to: Team leader Role Overview The Customer Service Desk Officer is the face of our Centre, providing an exceptional customer experience. The role involves acting as a liaison between Centre Management, the Customer Service Team, shoppers, and retailers. Key Responsibilities First point of contact at the Customer Service desk Handling mobility hire, gift card sales, administrative duties, and assisting with marketing events Providing excellent customer service and stakeholder management Candidate Profile Ideal candidates will have broad knowledge of customer service principles, a positive, proactive attitude, and strong communication skills.
