Join Icon Group as a Clinical Research Assistant in Adelaide, supporting oncology and haematology trials.Your roleResponsibilitiesSupporting the coordination and administration of oncology and haematology clinical trials across multiple phases.Collecting, processing, and dispatching clinical trial samples and preparing laboratory kits according to study protocols.Preparing for patient visits, coordinating appointment scheduling, and liaising with external hospitals regarding tissue or medical information requirements.Maintaining accurate and compliant clinical trial documentation, including Investigator Site Files and essential records in accordance with GCP.Assisting trial investigators with documentation reviews and sign-offs, ensuring timely and accurate data collection.Supporting remote and on-site monitoring visits by study sponsors and CROs.Occasionally traveling between local clinics to assist with cross-site research activity.About youQualificationsA relevant undergraduate degree (or working towards one) in Health Sciences, Nursing, or Allied Health.Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in MS Office suite and database management.Australian working rights and the ability to commit to full-time employment for the duration of the contract.Previous experience in clinical research assistance is desirable.Compensation & benefitsEnjoy benefits such as access to Novated Lease Options, a Rewards Portal, Fitness Passport Program, Employee Assistance Program, development pathways, online courses, paid parental leave, and purchasable annual leave.Training, development & rotationsReceive structured training and mentoring to develop in the role and prepare for long-term growth within the Icon Group.Career progressionOpportunities for career advancement within Icon Group, a large, integrated organization, are available, offering diverse, real-world research experience in oncology.How to ApplyJoin Icon Group and make a difference in oncology research.
