Amplar Health is on the lookout for a driven and community-minded Engagement Coordinator to help shape and strengthen our mental health services. You will ideally be based in Western NSW or South Eastern NSW.In this key ( fixed term contract/ 0.5 FTE until 30th Jun 2026) role, you''ll be the go-to local contact for the Amplar Operations teamworking closely with mental health providers to build seamless, effective referral pathways that genuinely make a difference in people''s lives.Youll be the bridge between services and those who need them most, using your local expertise and relationship-building skills to improve access to care.What Youll Be Doing:Kickstart and maintain a stakeholder register with contacts from PHNs, internal teams, and your own research.Build strong, lasting relationships with mental health service providers across government, non-government, and private sectors.Collaborate with our Mental Health Operations team to relay insights and drive continuous quality improvement.Be a communication prowhether it''s in person, over video, or using digital collaboration tools like Viva Engage.Work closely with our Relationship Manager and other internal teams to align goals and make things happen.What You Bring to the Table:Background in healthcare and/or mental healthExperience coordinating services or managing contractsConfident working across teams and with diverse stakeholdersGreat communicator with strong interpersonal skillsTech-savvy and comfortable with digital toolsThis is your chance to work in a role with real impacthelping people access the mental health support they need, when and where they need it.
