These registers are a key source of information for businesses, industry professionals, government, and the public. The team supports users in registering, updating, or cancelling business details, and provides assistance when needed. The Mailroom supports these operations by managing mail handling and document scanning services.The roleAs a Customer Service Officer, You WillManage incoming and outgoing mail accurately and on time.Deliver professional mailroom services in line with policies and procedures.Open, sort, scan, log, and distribute mail to internal and external stakeholders.Collaborate with Registry and other internal teams as needed.Maintain mailroom procedures, guides, digital records, and registers.Provide high-quality customer service.Contribute to team planning and continuous improvement initiatives.Support team goals by taking on additional tasks as required.Promote a positive, professional, and safe work environment in line with ASIC''s values.About YouExperience in customer service preferred.Experience in following procedures and defined processes accurately and in a timely manner.Experience in data entry using a variety of software applications.Good organisational skills, attention to detail and enjoy working in a team.Competency using Microsoft applications.View the position description for more information or click apply'' to start your application.
