About the RoleAs a Guest Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our valued guests, ensuring their journey to and from K''gari (Fraser Island) is seamless and enjoyable. The role includes providing exceptional customer service, handling reservations, and assisting guests with inquiries.You will be based at Sealink''s mainland office, working with a dynamic team at River Heads. This is a part-time 6-month contract role, with potential extension.
