This is a unique opportunity to join their Darwin-based support office in a role that blends administration, onboarding, training coordination, and people care. As the Retail Operational Support Coordinator, youll be the key link between the support office and a network of remote retail managers. Your work will ensure these teams are set up for successboth operationally and personally.If you''re highly organised, confident coordinating people and processes, and want your work to have meaningful impact, this is the role for you.About the RoleCoordinate onboarding for new retail managers, ensuring a seamless transition into the businessMaintain training and compliance schedules across areas such as First Aid, 4WD, forklift and truck licensesSupport Area Managers with employment forms, store communication, governance paperwork and timecardsManage travel bookings, charter arrangements, and logistics for seasonal deliveries and visiting staffAnswer incoming calls from remote teams via the support hotline, resolving queries efficientlyCoordinate initiatives to support wellbeing and connection, such as welcome packs and care packagesAssist with training documentation, staff movements, and roster support as requiredWhat Youll BringPrevious experience in a support, coordination, onboarding, or administrative roleStrong communication skills and a proactive, helpful approachHigh attention to detail, time management and organisational skillsComfortable managing multiple priorities and responding to shifting needsCompetence in Microsoft Office and confidence in learning new systemsAbility to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative teamNT drivers licence (or willingness to obtain)The OfferSalary of $80-85k+Super (based on experience)Permanent full-time position based in DarwinMeaningful work supporting remote teams and community impactCollaborative, supportive office environmentGrowth opportunities within a purpose-led organisationToday is the day you take control of your future!
