Employees within the hub will work with EY project teams across Australia to support large-scale client engagements.This role is based in Ballarat. Our roles can potentially be adjusted to work flexibly with reduced hours. Please speak with us about potential options.Your key responsibilitiesReviewing and verifying invoices, purchase orders, and goods received notes for accuracy and discrepancies, while processing payments according to the weekly schedule and logging received payments to appropriate accounts.Reconciling accounts using banking reports and accounting software, managing employee expense claims, and ensuring claims comply with company policy by validating receipts and supporting documents.Creating and editing vendor accounts with relevant details, and addressing enquiries through Outlook email or Teams hotline, while managing documents in Microsoft, Excel, and SharePoint.What we look forProficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and SharePoint, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and a natural aptitude for reviewing large volumes of data with attention to detail.Excellent time management and organizational skills, demonstrating reliability and responsiveness with a structured approach to tasks, while maintaining a strong focus on efficiency, productivity, and quality.Eager to learn and grow, capable of working autonomously or as part of a team, with a desire to make a meaningful impact and contribute to building a better working world.Ideally, youll also have the skills and attributes below but dont worry if you dont tick all the boxes.
