The opportunity is available for an experienced and highly strategic Health or Aged Care manager to lead the organisations Residential Aged Care and Home Care services.Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Residential and Home Care Manager is responsible for ensuring safe, high-quality and culturally appropriate care services, supported by strong governance, workforce leadership and alignment with Aged Care Quality Standards.This role represents an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned Health and Aged Care professional, affording you the opportunity to contribute to the strategic direction of the organisation in owning and driving the operational strategy, and ultimately realising the full potential of the service including leading the expansion of current service offerings.Success in this role will be underpinned by prior experience in a managerial role with strategic capabilities in developing and delivering operational strategies that comply with clinical practice and aged care standards.
