Youll oversee the day-to-day running of the department from ordering and receiving stock, to packing and shipping, to ensuring timely and accurate fulfilment of orders.What youll be doing:Be the go-to contact for all product enquiries, and manage customer expectations around pricing and availability.Ensure smooth execution of daily parts activities including sales, back orders, forward orders, stock transfers, and distribution.Manage inventory and maintain a clean, well-organised parts department.Stay up to date with new products, product changes, and improvements keeping your team and customers informed.Accurately input invoices, raise purchase orders, and ensure prompt processing of purchases, sales, and credits.Build and maintain strong relationships with our valued customers, providing outstanding service every time.Who are you:Youve got a sharp eye for detail, youre well-organised, and you take pride in getting things done efficiently.Youve had experience working with parts and/or inventory systems.Customer service is your thing you enjoy helping others and have a strong work ethic.Youre a team player who also works well independently when needed.Youre confident using modern computer systems.You hold a current drivers license.Are you CLAAS?We are looking for people who share our values!In It Together,Front Up, andKeep Growingform the backbone of what is a dynamic business, providing a challenging and stimulating environment.Family is key to us Were a family-owned business, we employ people with families to care for, and our purpose is to provide resources and support to families in the farming community to enable their success as they feed our world.If this sounds like you - apply today!Apply for the roleAll fields are mandatory except for those with Optional. #J-18808-Ljbffr
