As ourSenior Territory Manager, youll be the driving force behind daily operations across Victoria. Youll work closely with the Regional Manager to ensure everything runs smoothlyfrom fleet readiness and subcontractor performance to customer satisfaction and safety compliance. Key areas:Provide daily operational support to the Regional Manager to ensure seamless site performanceManage site financials with full P&L accountabilityConduct regular customer meetings, delivering updates and promptly addressing action itemsMonitor subcontractor performance against KPIs, driving service improvements and accountabilityProactively plan for peak periods to optimise resource allocation and efficiencyMaintain a strong on-site presence, engaging regularly with customers and subcontractors to resolve operational challengesLead incident investigations, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrenceAre you the one?Youre a self-motivated operational leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, with a track record of managing competing priorities and achieving results.
