You will work closely with our Head of Curriculum to lead a high-performing team and ensure the highest quality of care and education. Your role will be vital in creating a smooth, safe, and positive experience for children and families while fostering an inclusive and collaborative culture.About youACECQA-approved Diploma in Childrens Services or higherProven leadership experience, ideally as an Assistant Centre Manager or in a similar leadership roleIdeally will have had experience in setting up and opening a new serviceStrong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple prioritiesExcellent communication skills both written and verbalAbility to demonstrate innovative and creative thinkingPassion, enthusiasm and a strong commitment to high quality care and childrens development and safetyCurrent Working with Children check, Police Check, First-Aid Certificate, Asthma and Anaphylaxis trainingPrevious knowledge and experience in working with XAP software desirableCore Values and PrinciplesOur ValuesAt Aspire, our values are the foundation of everything we do.
