Crystalbrook Collection is redefining hospitality, and we need a master of multi-tasking to take our Banqueting operations to the next level. We are seeking a passionate Events Operations Manager to head up the Conferencing & Events team across Crystalbrook Bailey and Crystalbrook Flynn, ensuring perfection in well-executed events.THE ROLE:Reporting to the Food and Beverage Outlets Manager and General Manager, the Event Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing all conferences and events at our hotels, ensuring they deliver exceptional guest experiences, optimize sales, create memorable events, and foster positive relationships with internal stakeholders. In this role, you will:Deliver exceptional service and professionalism, showcasing a passion for luxury hospitality.Manage all aspects of conference, event, and banqueting operations with a hands-on approach, ensuring consistency and quality across locations.Collaborate with Sales and Conference teams to understand and personalise client requirements for events.Lead onsite Operations and ensure events are executed with precision, strengthening client loyalty and encouraging repeat business across the group.Manage daily client communications and coordinate with kitchens for accurate guest counts across all venues.Inspire the events team across all three hotels, fostering a positive environment.ABOUT YOU:Our exceptional award-winning venues thrive with personality and gastric delights to suit every taste.
