This company has a national network focused on providing exceptional customer service and industry-relevant training solutions in the Transport, Heavy Industry, Civil Construction, Mining, Drilling, High Risk, Rail, and Health sectors.As the organisation diversifies to meet the changing needs of clients, we are looking for a dynamic person to join the team. Previous experience in the VET industry would be highly regarded.Key responsibilities of the role include:Answering enquiries from potential and existing customers primarily based throughout Queensland.Liaising between internal and external parties to resolve customer concerns and provide solutions for continuous improvement.Building new client relationships through networking, walk-in sales, innovative thinking, and cold calling.Broadening the client base by offering high-quality customer service and support.You will bring to the role:Experience in administration and customer relations.Confident and dynamic personality.Enthusiastic tone and voice.Strong rapport-building skills.Self-motivated with a "can do" attitude.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and solve problems.Efficient management and scheduling of multiple diaries, ensuring seamless coordination.Adaptability to schedule changes, proactively addressing conflicts and logistical challenges.Proficiency with computers and quick learning of CRM and Student Management Systems.Willingness to obtain a Blue Card if not already held.This is a perfect opportunity for individuals experienced in customer service and passionate about development within the organisation.If you possess the necessary skills, the right attitude, and wish to join our professional and dynamic team, please reply with a covering letter and resume.Shortlisted candidates will be notified.
