Exciting opportunity for an experienced Womens Fashion Buyer to join a fun & supportive team within a fast-paced & dynamic trading environment.What youll be doing:Developing ranges to establish the appropriate balance of Price, Volume, basics, quality, innovation, and trend to deliver strong category growth.Recognising and interpreting trends and building ranges to ensure consistent brand handwriting.Using commercial skills, combined with the ability to analyse customer needs and research, to effectively deliver long-term strategic growth.Managing the end-to-end Critical Path process across functions to meet in-store dates.Managing strategies to achieve financial plans, including sales, profit, and stock turn.This is a high-profile department producing great products to brighten everyday living for our customers.
