Job DescriptionJob DescriptionPosition Title: Quality Assistant ManagerLocation: Sunbury, OHA Global Automotive Company is looking for a Quality Assistant Manager to join their team. Company offers:Comprehensive BenefitsCareer Advancement and stabilityResponsibilities:Establish customer requirements for the process of manufacturing new parts.Initiate the collection of finances for non- conforming product, with approval of Quality Manager.Evaluate the quality level of new suppliers at their location and complete appropriate documentation.Prepare guidelines for suppliers to improve their quality level through annual monitoring.Facilitate audits with third party auditor and support ISO Management Representative.Maintain ISO compliance within the department.Submit data for quality results. Attend monthly managers meeting, in absence of Quality Manager.Maintain, review, and update external document list for necessary customer and industry standards.Assist with PAPP (Production Part Approval Process), CMRT (Conflict Minerals Reporting Template), and EMRT (Extended Minerals Reporting Template) submissions and approvals.Assist with Inventory Control through regular documentation and participation in the inventory process, as needed.Assume roles and responsibilities of Quality Manager in their absence.Requirements:Four-year degree of Industrial Technology, Engineering, Math, or Statistics, .Eight or more years of verifiable supervisory experience with a Tier 1 or Tier 2 supplier to a Japanese Automotive Manufacturer.Three to five years of experience as Quality Inspector/ Supervisor in the automotive industry.OR, three to five years of supervisory experience in engineering and metallurgical testing.OR, three to five years of supervisory experience in the forming or cold forging industry.About CTI: Compass Tech International (CTI) is dedicated to providing the highest quality Staffing, Recruiting and Managed Services to our customers nationwide, to create greater efficiencies, better results and effective communications to improve their talent access and worker effectiveness while finding solutions for workflow and process improvement.Talk today to your Compass Tech recruiter.
