Be a consistent, compassionate presenceproactively engaging those who need it most.What will a typical day look like?Support individuals in suicidal crisis, engaging families and carers where appropriate.Deliver timely, trauma-informed, and recovery-oriented care aligned with Way Back Service principles.Advocate for and connect participants with community services.Collaborate with the Clinical Lead to develop tools and processes that enhance service delivery.Mandatory Requirements:Diploma level qualifications in a Mental Health related field.Who we are:Our truly local team of professionals have worked with people in Central Queensland for over 40 years to support them in living their best life.
