Job Opportunity: Commissioning Engineer (On-site)We are seeking an experienced Commissioning Engineer to join our site team. You will play a key role in preparing and implementing the project Commissioning Management Plan, deploying the Completions Management System, and supporting the construction-led Advanced Work Packaging (AWP) approach.Key Responsibilities:Review and upgrade commissioning systems, procedures, and standards to integrate with AWP and data-centric construction systems.Coordinate systemization, sub-systemisation, and completion of inspection test plans (ITPs) and field inspection checks (FICs) for commissioning stages.Manage record keeping ensuring successful handover to clients.Troubleshoot, develop tactical plans, and lead the design of new processes and tools.Communicate and coordinate commissioning activities with contractors and vendors on site.Lead and support teams with a participative and proactive approach.Ensure lessons learned are reviewed and applied to improve project outcomes.What Were Looking For:University degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline, with extensive experience in commissioning/completions and site/project management.Experience in materials handling and mineral sands processing is a strong advantage.Proficiency with Hexagon Smart Completions system.Strong commitment to health and safety with proven safety leadership.Experience in Constructability, Operability, and Maintainability workshops.Excellent leadership, communication, and client engagement skills.Passion for continuous improvement and proactive learning #J-18808-Ljbffr
