Our brands are household names in Australia, and we need great people to keep our success going.The RoleAs the Senior HR Advisor in Bairnsdale, East Gippsland, reporting to the HR Manager, you will provide high-level HR advice and support to internal clients and contribute to group-wide HR initiatives, policies, and projects aligned with HR and corporate strategies. You will collaborate with the HR team to ensure effective service delivery and achievement of HR and business goals.Provide guidance to managers on policies including recruitment, performance management, employment conditions, and employee development.Deliver efficient HR services, including recruitment, workforce planning, classification evaluation, and HR reporting.Support HR projects, providing reports and updates.Manage the review and communication of HR policies and procedures.Align operational plans with HR objectives.Lead onsite injury management and return-to-work processes.Assist manufacturing and site functions in achieving daily targets.Develop tools such as forms, templates, and guides for managers and staff.Contribute to group-wide HR projects.Help develop staff Position Descriptions and KPIs, and monitor performance.Coach managers and supervisors on team management, performance, and culture.Partner with leadership to implement change management initiatives for improved performance.The PersonThe ideal candidate will have experience in site and operational HR, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to build relationships.
