Join a proud & growing team that offers quality, hassle free & affordable travel experiences.The OpportunityTo support travel dreams to come true, the CRM & Marketing Automation Manager will lead, manage and execute the TripADeal CRM, Marketing Automation and Lifecycle Marketing capability.This role will develop and implement CRM strategies that improve our database engagement, retention, and growth working closely with cross-functional teams to optimise customer lifecycle, create personalised multi-channel customer journeys, and leverage data insights to drive actionable improvements.Organisational StructureYou''ll report to our Head of Marketing in a full-time permanent position. This role is based on-site from Monday to Friday, 8-4pm or 9-5pm - you choose!This role can be based from our Byron Bay HQ or Varsity Lakes Office.
