Work with impact.So lets find the answers, together.About the roleThe Project Manager, Marketing Communications is a key delivery role within our agencyresponsible for managing high-impact projects and campaigns for some of our major B2B clients. As a great communicator and highly organised project manager, you''ll be the conduit between strategy, creative, content, delivery and supplier partners whilst keeping projects on track, on brand, and on budget.A hybrid between project manager and digital marketer, youre confident in juggling multiple projects across marketing, content and communications, as well as managing ad campaigns across Google and LinkedIn.Youll build strong, trusted working relationships with multiple clients developing a deep understanding of their operations. Youll have financial responsibility for your projects and accounts, supporting the Senior Account Director to service the accounts both strategically and commerciallyfrom day-to-day delivery to spotting new opportunities and trends that shape impactful work. Youll bring a sharp eye for detail and a data-driven approach to reporting using insights to guide decisions that improve delivery and impact.A day in the life would look like this:Manage the briefing process to ensure briefs are properly structured, documented and effective internally and externally.Own and lead day-to-day project execution, all project communication with clients and stakeholders (including meetings), reviews, and final reporting.Understand client objectives, target markets and audiences to support development of plans and campaigns - this includes research of industry trends and market shifts to inform campaign development and client strategyBuild and maintain internal project documentation including scopes, proposals, kick offs, project plans, timelines, asset registers, budgets and performance reports.Build and manage ad campaigns across major digital marketing channels. As well as manage a performance partner agency to deliver more complex digital marketing campaigns.Use analytic tools to analyse ongoing and post campaign performance and deliver actionable insights to the client and our internal team.Support several client accounts simultaneously, often juggling various programs and deadlines.Responsibility for budget creation, scoping and budget management using Workbook.Responsibility for problem-solving over or under spend on budgets to ensure appropriate resourcing and budget utilisation.
