DCS Clerk grade 9/10 with base salary starting from $125,693 to $138,510 plus super.Temporary full-time opportunity until 30 Jun 2026 (with potential for extension)Location: Sydney CBD, the Department of Customer Service offers flexible work arrangements.About you:The successful candidate will be a highly experienced and motivated individual and play a key role in managing the content across all GTP products.You will provide specialist advice to ensure best practice is applied throughout the content design process of writing, editing, researching, designing and delivering quality content. Collaborate with UX/UI Designers and stakeholders to create meaningful, end-to-end content experiences to enable the delivery of high-quality innovative solutions and exceptional customer experiences and to support the achievement of project objectives in alignment with organisational and government priorities.About the role:Your main responsibilities:Maintain a customer-centric approach by supporting the end-to-end design process through discovery, framing, iterative development and delivery to eliver high-quality products and services for the people of NSW.Provide specialist advice and conduct content reviews to ensure all types of content, including long form and microcopy is accurate, written in plain English and aligns with customer needs, content strategy and product capability.Create and deliver consistent, inclusive and accessible content aligned to i ndustry accessibility and brand guidelines, including Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG), and contributing to the Licensing Program''s base design product, and content strategy and component library to ensure standard products and services to customers - content structure, heirarchy, narrative, etc + ongoing improvement of content based on metrics.Maintain content databases for generic content (eg. error messages)Support UX/UI designers with form design (eg. microcopy, alerts, etc)Test and measure existing products for relevance and results, as well as driving change for continuous improvement.Work with multidisciplinary teams and collaborate with stakeholders to drive and communicate business goals, timelines and deliverables.Maintain an awareness of relevant industry trends, methodology and tools to use best practice methodologies to identify and deliver innovative solutions that optimise outcomes in line with organisational priorities.Provide coaching and mentoring for the ongoing development of team members to build capability.Who we are:The Department of Customer Service (DCS) is a service provider, regulator and central agency of government.
