Exciting opportunity for experienced Caravan Park Managers to take leadership of a busy tourism operation in Central Qld. With a mix of cabins and powered sites, this role is both challenging and rewarding. Our clientele includes tourists, contractors, sporting teams, fruit pickers, and more. Responsibilities: Leading and developing a team across housekeeping, groundskeeping, maintenance, and renovations. Creating and maintaining a positive workplace culture with a focus on team performance and development. Full P&L management and accountability. Ensuring high operational standards in asset management, compliance, and park presentation. Managing all aspects of park operations, including office duties, guest greetings, amenities upkeep, and after-hours responsibilities. About You We are seeking an experienced, hands-on manager with strong hospitality or accommodation management background and a growth mindset. You should be confident in leading and elevating park operations and guest experiences, with a passion for the caravan park lifestyle. Skills and Experience: Proven hospitality management experience High-level customer service skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Experience in staff management, development, and training Understanding of budget operations and cost controls Ownership of park operations Experience with reservation systems (desirable) Note: Park Managers are required to live on-site; accommodation is provided as part of the remuneration package.
