As a Creative Scotland Multi-Year Funded organisation (20252028), we are currently seeking an experienced Freelance Marketing & Communications Manager to join our team, with the possibility of extending the contract until 2028.Key Responsibilities:- Lead publicity efforts to secure media coverage and enhance the festivals public profile.- Develop and implement a comprehensive 6-week marketing plan, managing creative campaigns and materials across print, web, and social media platforms.- Collaborate closely with Graphic Designers to ensure consistent visual branding; create and manage a Graphic Assets Schedule detailing timelines for adverts, print materials, web graphics, and social media visuals.- Manage and update IberoDocs social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Youtube), creating engaging content to grow and maintain audience engagement.- Coordinate all communication activities, including press relations and electronic communications.- Compile detailed marketing reports featuring press coverage, statistical data, and social media and website insights.- Ensure accessibility measures are applied across all communication materials and channels.Application Process:Closing date: 30 June 2025Interviews: Scheduled between 3-10 July 2025 (please notify if these dates pose a conflict)To apply, send your CV and cover letter to mar@iberodocs.orgFeel free to contact us if you have any questions.The deadline is Monday 30 June 2025 at 12:00.TAGGED:Audience Development / Film / Festivals #J-18808-Ljbffr
