Our essential ingredient to success has been the investment in the people, structure and processes that highlight GrainCorps Sustainability, Environment, Social and Governance capabilities.As part of our dedication to a sustainable future for generations to come, we continue to expand our role in identifying and supporting sustainable agriculture and transport practices.Share your passion, grow your potential and be part of our worldwide team.About the roleWe are looking for an experienced HR Professional to join the GrainCorp Human Resources team to be part of a dynamic and value-adding group of professionals who strive to build a fantastic employee experience by partnering with, and coaching leaders.Based at any of our Victoria based sites Marong, Geelong, West Footscray or Numurkah (with a Hybrid working arrangement on offer), you will be empowered in your role to autonomously deliver people and culture outcomes across a portfolio consisting of regional operations and port sites in Victoria.In this dynamic and exciting position you will drive a number of diverse initiatives including; leadership development, coaching, safety and wellbeing projects. Key responsibilities will include;Strategically aligned people plan to drive outcomes aligned to business objectivesLead Industrial Relations strategies and negotiations that align with business maximise commercial opportunities and according to overarching IR strategyCoaching for leaders in modern leadership to achieve business outcomesTalent activation includes the deployment of development/learning initiatives and development planningEmbedding the people aspects of organisational change and business improvement initiativesEmbedding GrainCorp Values across all activity and reinforcing them as a driver for decision makingInformed people insights advocate ensuring familiar with key data points to drive valuable discussion and decision makingDrive completion of key people calendar activities including goal setting, performance reviews; employee survey and talent reviewsEmbedding key people related programs, activities, and benefits be a strong and visible advocateAdvocate the employee value proposition and total rewardsAdvisory for change management initiatives, organisation/departmental restructures, job design and evaluationWell managed and orderly employee relations matter resolutionAbout your experienceYou will bring experience as a commercial and pragmatic HR Business Partner within an industrialised environment with several Enterprise Agreements to oversee. Occasional travel will be part of the role. Key skills we are looking for in our successful candidate are;Solid experience across IR/ERDemonstrated experience negotiating EAs with UnionsAbility to work autonomously.Commercial experience (ie. worked in commercial enterprise).Demonstrated experience in HR strategic thinking and in the delivery of strategic HR projects and initiatives.Able to deal with ambiguity and change.Ready to apply? / How do you apply?The next steps are easy!
