Our mindset fosters innovation and creates strong, lasting customer relationships as we strive to be the most customer-centric company in Australia and New Zealand.Each day, youll go above and beyond to:Liaise across multiple P&C areas and stakeholders to gather program details, updates, and requirementsSet up, coordinate, and manage artefacts including reports, risks, issues, and change requestsCoordinate supporting materials to ensure objectives of initiatives and business outcomes are clear, concise, and transparentAssist in running and managing program and quarterly planning dashboard reportingAssist with the modernization of payroll systems in Asia regions and ParisAssist with the identification and registration of models in the Model Risk Management System (MRMS)This role will require out-of-office hours calls with London, France, New York, Singapore, Japan, and China from time to time.Were looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. Youll need:Experience working across international locations with exposure to jurisdictional challenges and culturesStrong controls and governance experienceCreativity to simplify processes and issues, along with problem-solving and analysis skillsExperience with Workday systems is preferredProcess development and documentation experience, including process mappingAssist with the implementation of controls and governance frameworksThe ability to work closely with key stakeholders and build collaborative partnershipsReport and presentation writing experience using Word and PowerPoint, along with advanced Excel skillsA diverse and inclusive workplace works better for everyoneWe know that our people make us who we are.
