Our HR team helps to bring this to life by partnering with leaders and team members on a broad range of people and culture activities and initiatives.What youll doReporting to our General Manager Human Resources, this role will lead and develop a dedicated team of remuneration, payroll and HR specialists whilst driving the continuous improvement of our team member experience.Youll play a key role in enhancing our people services through the optimisation of systems, streamlining of processes and delivery of meaningful and actionable insights to support strategic and data-driven decision making.This role will be a fantastic opportunity for you to influence and push forward operational HR initiatives and projects. In addition, youll lead health, safety and wellbeing for Corporate Office, ensuring all regulatory and compliance requirements are met.What youll needYou have proven experience in HR operations or a similar role, working across one or more of these areas: payroll; HR reporting and systems; health, safety & wellbeing; policy management; and process improvementYou enjoy straddling both operational and strategic priorities and are comfortable leading diverse projects through all stages; from engaging with stakeholders to conceptualise and scope, right through to rolling up your sleeves to get things doneA strong ability to develop and motivate a high performing, outcome driven team ensuring mentoring, support and professional development for team membersA keen eye for detail with excellent written and verbal communication skillsYour track record shows that you build strong relationships and are skilled at influencingA real self-starter, you are down to earth, collaborative and enjoy working in a dynamic environment.
