Reporting to the CFO, youll lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of systems and processes that support safe, compliant, and efficient services across the organisation.You''ll help foster a workplace culture that values continuous improvement, accountability, and regulatory excellence.Develop and manage quality and compliance frameworks aligned with industry standardsMonitor internal processes to ensure compliance with legislation, policies, and NDIS requirementsConduct audits, risk assessments, incident reviews, and implement corrective actionsProvide staff training and support on compliance mattersCollaborate with leadership to drive operational excellencePrepare detailed reports for internal and external stakeholdersFoster a proactive culture of safety, quality, and accountability About YouYoure detail-focused, solutions-driven, and a strong communicator with top-notch observational and analytical skills.
